About Me
I’m Katie, a certified Baby and Toddler Sleep Consultant and as a Mum myself, I know first hand how sleep deprivation can affect the whole family.
My journey began when I was pregnant with our second and we’d moved to the countryside. My husband was working in London during the week and the solo parenting with sleepless nights was taking its toll. I needed to find solutions for me and my baby, especially before her sister arrived, but with so much information and conflicting advice out there I felt overwhelmed.
So I decided to look into the science of infant sleep and with my new found knowledge and skills I was able to find a gentle, responsive and practical approach specific to her and our needs. I was also armed with the tools for when our newborn arrived which gave us a much more positive experience.

Sleep is not a luxury but a necessity, and when you take tiredness away you can be the parent you always dreamt of being. I recognise that every child is different and use a range of proven-to-work gentle and flexible techniques.
