I’m Katie, a Certified Baby & Toddler Sleep Consultant for children between 5 months and 5 years.

I’m also a Mummy of two girls under two and I know first hand how sleep deprivation can affect the whole family. Not only does it have an impact on your child, but it can also affect the mental and physical health of everyone around.

How It Works

1. Day & Night Routine Analysis

I’ll review and provide a full detailed analysis of your child’s current day and night routine over 3-4 days. This data driven approach will help me identify the problems so I can develop the right plan for you, alongside your goals. 

3. One hour Zoom Consultation

We’ll discuss your sleep plan and you’ll have the opportunity to ask as many questions as you want. I’ll provide the tools and everything you need to know so you have a full understanding of how you will achieve your child’s sleep goals.

2. Bespoke Sleep Plan

I’ll create a personalised sleep plan including a full day routine tailored to your little one’s age and sleep patterns. There is no one-size-fits all solution, rather I’ll create a plan specifically for your baby and family needs.

4. Ongoing Support

Three weeks of Whatsapp support ensuring you have guidance throughout. I’ll be here to provide encouragement, answer questions and make real time adjustments to your plan to guarantee success.
